Terms & Conditions

The following are terms and conditions for Landara Business Solutions.

It is a condition of Landara Business Solutions's service that these terms be agreed to for us to provide our services and by agreeing to use our services you, (the client/party that engages our services), agree to be bound by the below mentioned terms.

Definitions: Landara Business Solutions shall be referred to as ' Landara Business Solutions', 'Landara', 'Our', 'We', 'Us'. 
The client shall be referred to as 'the client', 'you', 'your'
Purpose: The purpose of these terms and conditions is to ensure safety, productivity, efficiency and to prevent loss so that we can serve our customers to the best of our ability. 
1. Payments: 

(1.1) Payment terms are 14 days or as agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. 

(1.2) Specific services may require upfront payment. 

(1.2) In order to avoid increasing our rates and fees, and penalising our clients who pay as agreed, we charge a late payment fee of 3% to any amounts still unpaid 14 days after the due date, with an additional 3% fee on any amounts still unpaid every 30 days thereafter.  

(1.3) Landara Business Solutions reserves the right to submit any overdue invoice to our collections agency at any time. 

(1.4) Failure to comply with any payment terms may also result in suspension and/or cancellation of services. 

2. Proposals 

(2.1) All proposals are to be digitally accepted or agreed to in writing by a person/s authorised to agree to our proposals. 

3. Cancellations and changes to bookings.
Services less than one day

(3.1) 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and schedule changes for service durations of less than one day. 

(3.2) A cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee, due at the time of cancellation, applies to cancellations and schedule changes with less than 24 hours notice. 

(3.3) Any deposits or payments already made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or booking change with less than 24 hours notice. 

Services one day or longer

(3.4) 5 business days notice is required for all cancellations and schedule changes for service durations of one day or longer. 

(3.5) A cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee, due at the time of cancellation, applies to cancellations and schedule changes with less than 5 business days notice.

(3.6) Any deposits or payments already made are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or booking change with less than 5 business days notice. 

4. Extras: 

(4.1) All services are billable, additional services requested outside the scope of any proposal is charged accordingly. 

(4.3) Our ability to undertake any additional requests will be subject to our availability.  

8. Our Guarantee: 

(8.1) We guarantee the value of our services to be above and beyond the cost of our fees. If after your consultation/session you don't feel our value exceeds the cost of our fees, let us know within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right. If we can't, well provide you with a full refund. If your results don't meet your expectations, provided the agreed upon execution criteria has been met, we'll work with you to make it right or provide you with a refund of the shortfall. 

9. Reference and Testimonial Material:
(9.1) We may use details about how we helped you as a success story or reference. This may include the use of your business/company name, your name and job title, and the ways in which we helped you. We may also respectfully ask you for a testimonial or review. 
(9.2) We may use your business name and logo on our website and social media promoting your organisation as one of our most valued clients. 
(9.3) If you do not wish to agree to this or wish to customise your consent, please inform us in writing prior to engaging our services. 
(9.4) We may share limited financial information to demonstrate our success in increasing your profits and revenue and/or reducing your expenses. We will not disclose your specific financial details, only the dollar or percentage amounts of new increases or savings we are attributable in generating. 
10. Annual Price Increases: 
(10.1) All prices will automatically increase by approximately 3%* each year from July 1st with or without notice. 
*Prices will be rounded up to a whole dollar amount after the inflation rate for that year has been added to our price. 
(10.2) In the event an annual price increase is above 3%, all affected clients will be notified and it is the responsibility of the client to renegotiate or opt out of their services from Landara Business Solutions, if so desired, prior to their next service. 
11. Results and Earnings Disclaimer:
(11.1) Any information or advice we directly or indirectly provide is not to be taken as a promise or guarantee. 
(11.2) Results and earnings potential are entirely dependent on the person using the information, advice, ideas and products we provide. 
(11.3) Many factors beyond our control will be involved in determining your actual results and therefore no guarantee is made that you will achieve results similar to ours or that of anyone else's. 
(11.4) As we cannot guarantee our information, advice or products will be used we cannot guarantee any results. 
12. Not Financial Advice Disclaimer:
(12.1) Any information or advice we provide is of a general nature and is not to be taken as financial advice. 

Non-compliance with any of the above terms of service may result in suspension and/or termination of services at our absolute discretion.
